The Dakar Industrial Hub, Adam Construction's flagship EPCM project in Senegal, has reached full structural completion 11 weeks ahead of the original programme schedule.
The 220,000 m² mixed-use industrial zone will house manufacturing, logistics, and light assembly operations serving West African and European markets. The project was delivered under a fixed-fee EPCM contract and maintained a zero lost-time injury record throughout the 28-month construction phase.
Mechanical and electrical fit-out is now underway, with phased tenant handover scheduled from Q4 2026.
The Dakar Hub represents Adam Construction's largest completed structure in sub-Saharan Africa and underpins the division's $2.1B forward order book.
