Adam Holding Union has published its inaugural ESG Impact Report, covering performance across all nine operating divisions for the 2025 fiscal year.
Key disclosures include: a 14% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions relative to the 2023 baseline; the appointment of a Group Chief Sustainability Officer; the integration of sustainability KPIs into divisional executive compensation frameworks; and a commitment to full TCFD alignment by 2027.
The report also outlines the Adam Social Investment Programme, which deployed $4.2M across 18 community infrastructure projects in Morocco, Senegal, and Côte d'Ivoire in 2025.
"Transparency is the foundation of trust," said the Group Chairman. "This report is our baseline — every subsequent year, we will raise the bar."
